Role:
As an LPN at Carriage House Nursing and Rehab, you will be responsible for providing care to residents by performing a variety of treatments, administering medications, and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants. You will also be involved in training new personnel and accurately recording resident behaviors in clinical records.Responsibilities:
- Provide care to residents by performing a variety of treatments
- Administer medications to residents as prescribed by the physician
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants, making assignments and enforcing facility policies
- Assist in training new personnel
- Accurately record resident behaviors in clinical records
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients and other staff
