Position:

Hospice Response LPN |

Faith Hospice Schedule:

Part-time | every other Saturday and Sunday (8apm•8pm)

Territory:

Kent and Ottawa Counties and the outskirts of surrounding counties Faith Hospice offers a unique opportunity for an experienced LPN to join our dedicated interdisciplinary team. As a Hospice Response Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care to patients at the end of life when they need you the most•after hours. Why Choose Faith Hospice? Responsibilities:

Respond to crisis calls and patient/family concerns Provide end-of-life visits Provide after-hours support and care

Schedule:

Part-time | every other Sat/Sun days (8am•8pm)

Location:

Grand Rapids, covering a 55-mile radius around downtown Grand Rapids; Kent and Ottawa Counties and outskirts of surrounding

Counties Qualifications:
