Faith Hospice Schedule:

Part-time | Saturday & Sunday | Noon -

Midnight Territory:

Kent and Ottawa Counties and the outskirts of surrounding counties Faith Hospice offers a unique opportunity for an experienced RN or LPN to join our dedicated interdisciplinary team. As a Hospice Response Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care to patients at the end of life. Why Choose Faith Hospice? Responsibilities:

Respond to crisis calls and patient/family concerns Provide end-of-life visits Provide after-hours support and care -

Schedule:

work Saturdays and Sundays, Noon - Midnight (every weekend or every other weekend)

Location:

Grand Rapids, covering a 55-mile radius around downtown Grand Rapids; Kent and Ottawa Counties and outskirts of surrounding

Counties Qualifications:
