Days, 3x12s, 36hrs a week

Job Responsibilities:

Assist with treatment, medications, and routine nursing procedures according to facility policies. Monitor residents' condition, vital signs, symptoms, and changes in health status. Report any significant changes in a resident's condition to the RN/charge nurse or provider. Assist residents with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility as needed.

Job Requirements:

2+ years of LTC experience Active Michigan LPN/LVN license BLS from

AHA Pay:

$1,670.00 - $1,770.00 per week
