Full-time or Per Diem | Hourly Wellspring is a statewide nonprofit dedicated to serving seniors, families, and children throughout Michigan. We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing and Rehab team in Fairview. In this role, you will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care while supporting seniors in your local community. Responsibilities Provide quality nursing care that promotes resident rights, dignity, individuality, and freedom of choice. Conduct daily resident visits to observe, assess, and document physical and emotional status. Communicate effectively and respectfully with residents, families, visitors, peers, supervisors, and interdisciplinary team members. Keep nursing leadership informed of resident conditions, changes in status, and other relevant clinical information. Supervise nursing activities on the assigned unit and support staff in accordance with established policies and procedures. Interpret, implement, and adhere to organizational policies and procedures. Respond promptly to resident, family, and staff inquiries within established timeframes. Follow all safety and infection control protocols, including proper hand hygiene and disposal of soiled materials. Qualifications Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license issued by the State of Michigan Board of Nursing (required). Successful completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) program. Minimum of two years of nursing experience in home health, medical, surgical, or critical care is preferred.

Schedule and Compensation Employment type:

Full-time or Per Diem Shift:

Day Shift or Night Shift, 12 hour shifts

Weekends:

Rotating weekend schedule for Full-time, required Pay rate: $29.50
