Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with procedures
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient information, including medical history and treatment plans, in electronic health record systems such as Cerner and eClinicalWorks
• Perform sterile processing techniques to ensure the cleanliness and safety of medical equipment
• Collect and process specimens for laboratory testing
• Assist with infant and toddler care, including feeding, diapering, and monitoring developmental milestones
• Administer basic IV therapy under the supervision of a registered nurse
• Assist with specialized procedures such as spinal taps and dermal fillers
• Utilize sonography equipment for diagnostic purposes

Skills:

• Valid LPN license in the state of Michigan.
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
