Licensed Practical Nurse Schedule:
Positions available include working every other weekend and every other holiday
Available Shifts:
Part-Time:
6:00pm•10:30pm (20 hours per two week pay period) Five 4 hour shifts per two week pay period
Pay Range:
$26.71•$36.25 per hour (based on experience)
Education Required:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing with the Michigan Board of Nursing Current CPR certification

The Difference You'll Make Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans and physician orders Administer medications and treatments safely while monitoring resident response and effectiveness Document care accurately and timely in the electronic health record Communicate significant changes in condition to the Nurse Manager, physicians, and family members, ensuring appropriate follow-up Provide guidance and support to CENAs to promote quality, person-centered care Foster a respectful, compassionate environment for residents, families, and team members
Qualifications:
Education Required:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing with the Michigan Board of Nursing Current CPR certification
Experience Preferred:
Minimum of one year nursing experience preferred, but not required Experience in senior living, long-term care, or memory care preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Working knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Demonstrated sound judgment and professional integrity Commitment to compassionate, person-centered customer service Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting and transferring residents Rewards That Support You Competitive pay with credit for experience Medical, Dental, Vision (60+ hrs. per pay period)
