Job Description:
A care giver who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of primarily elderly patients for a designated time frame and provides care to these patients via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the environment/instrumentation, and other health care team members. Works both cooperatively and independently, to work efficiently under stress.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Current Minnesota licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) / CPR certification required within 6 months of hire.
