Direct Care and Treatment (DCT) is seeking caring people to fill Licensed Practical Nurse position. The Licensed Practical Nurse's (LPN) primary responsibilities are to provide respectful, comprehensive, and person-centered direct care services to individuals in the residential homes provided by Minnesota State Operated Community Services (MSOCS).

Primary Responsibilities Include:

Takes temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure readings. Administers and records prescribed medication. Keeps clinical charts and reports on the physical and emotional state of clients. Promotes and participates in rehabilitation activities. Maintains a clean and hazard-free environment. Promotes clients' personal hygiene. May regulate parental fluids and administer intramuscular injection. Administers emergency first aid. Orders supplies and equipment. Operate a motor vehicle and possess a current, valid driver's license Current employees are not eligible for the hiring bonus.
