We are happy to train the right candidate who has a genuine interest in aesthetics, excellent people skills, and a desire to learn and grow within the field. Both part-time and full-time applicants will be considered. Responsibilities Room patients and assist providers during consultations and treatments. Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies. Document patient information and maintain medical records. Provide patient education and follow-up communication. Answer phones, assist with scheduling, and support front office operations. Help maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked clinic environment. Assist with inventory management, laundry, opening/closing duties, and other daily operational tasks. Assist in coordinating care for patients enrolled in medical weight loss (GLP-1) and hormone replacement therapy (HRT) programs, including patient communication, follow-up, progress tracking, education, and ongoing support. Help create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish. Educate patients about available treatments, services, and skincare products. Support patient retention, treatment plan acceptance, and practice growth initiatives. Participate in marketing efforts, social media content, patient events, and promotional activities as appropriate. Opportunity for training in aesthetic treatments such as CoolSculpting®, XERF®, microneedling, and chemical peels. Qualifications Required Current LPN license or Medical Assistant certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Preferred Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, cosmetic medicine, or a related field. Sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience. Interest in social media and marketing. The Ideal Candidate Friendly, confident, and naturally connects with people. Self-motivated and able to identify what needs to be done without being asked. Passionate about aesthetics, beauty, wellness, and patient care. Comfortable discussing treatments, products, and pricing with patients. Flexible, adaptable, and enjoys a fast-paced environment.
