Job Overview:

Shift differentials of $1.00 evenings and $1.50 nights The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care/Nursing Home and Transitional Care unit regulations and follows established policies and procedures for our welcoming Skilled Nursing Facility (TCU/LTC) in Lake City, MN Nursing schedule includes; 48 hours every 2 weeks Night shift; 8 hour shift Every other weekend and holiday rotation Full Benefit package eligible (medical, dental, paid time off, wellness reimbursement, education funding, matching retirement) LPN student load reimbursement program; up to $2,000 year/over 5 consecutive years. Responsibilities:

Provides professional nursing cares and treatments Monitors work and performance of unlicensed staff Maintains current observation and documentation of resident health status

Required:

MN LPN licensure AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must be obtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independent practice 0-1 years of experience Ability to use technology in the form of computers, hand held devices, cell phones, and fax machines

Preferred:

Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree 1-3 years of experience MS Office, Excel, and Word Point Click Care knowledge

$31.65- $33.76 /
