Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care/skilled nursing setting.
• Administer medications and treatments while monitoring patient responses.
• Perform IV insertion and manage PICC lines as required.
• Complete assessments, documentation, and care plans in EPIC.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and patient safety standards.

Requirements:

• Active Minnesota LPN license - must be in hand .
• BLS certification required .
• Long-Term Care/Nursing experience required .
• EPIC experience preferred/required.
• Experience with IV insertion and PICC line management .
• Ability to work NOC shift, 3 × 12-hour shifts (36 hours/week) .
• 13-week contract .

Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
