Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

As our nurse, youll work closely with our multidisciplinary team to support the medical and emotional needs of our adolescent clients. You will be responsible for a range of essential nursing duties and will play a vital role in fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated nurse who is passionate about mental health and adolescent care.

Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes or concerns to medical staffAdminister prescribed medications and maintain accurate medication logsRecord and monitor vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and respirationSupport clients with basic healthcare needs and assist with medical assessmentsSterilize equipment and maintain proper infection control practicesParticipate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary care discussionsMaintain complete and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)Conduct medical chart audits to ensure accuracy and complianceSchedule and track medical appointments, referrals, and follow-upsRequisition and manage medical supplies and inventoryEnsure compliance with Joint Commission standards, including medication management and infection preventionUphold confidentiality and ethical standards in all patient interactionsQualifications and SkillsActive Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of MinnesotaKnowledge of medical and clinical terminology, especially related to behavioral healthStrong critical thinking, communication, and multi-tasking abilitiesProficiency in documentation and EHR systemsFamiliarity with Joint Commission standards is a plusMust pass background checks including DOJ/FBI Fieldprint and clearance through the Virginia Department of Social ServicesBenefitsFull-time employees are eligible for:
