We are hiring a Home Care Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our nursing team to support our clients in their homes. We offer world class home care with small community values. We are looking for Full-time Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse work with a 2 year-old male in his home. We welcome new grads and will train! We have several clients in the Twin Cities area. We absolutely love our caregivers and are excited to have YOU join our winning team! 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM - flexible Client lives in Mounds View with his family.

Duties:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and symptoms Assist with personal care activities, such as bathing, grooming, and feeding Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families Perform various medical procedures based on patient needs Maintain accurate and detailed medical records

Experience:
