Job Description

Team Select Home Care is seeking outgoing, ambitious & nurturing pediatric nurses LPNs for our clients located in the northern metro areas of MN. POSITION TYPES
Full-time, Part-time, Day shift,
Overnights, Weekends SHIFTS:
Flexible scheduling, 12-hour and 10-hour shifts.
COMPENSATION
RNS $33 - 37.00/hr for pediatric nurse LPN's.

Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in home and community settings, ensuring adherence to care plans. Perform essential nursing tasks while monitoring patient health and progress. Conduct thorough patient assessments and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR). Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to deliver effective health coaching and support. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a nurturing environment for children.
Minimum Requirements:
At least one year minimum experience as a RN. Not accepting New Grads at this time! #
