Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders. Assess residents, identify changes in condition, and communicate with the healthcare team. Develop and update individualized care plans. Collaborate closely with caregivers, providers, therapists, and families. Support a culture where residents are known, respected, and empowered to live with purpose.
