Schedule:
Monday and Wednesday required; third day flexible. About the Role Summit Hill is seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a part-time basis. This position works three days per week, with Monday and Wednesday required and flexibility on scheduling hours and the third day. The ideal candidate is skilled in wound care and medication management, and takes pride in providing attentive, high-quality patient care. Schedule 3 days per week Monday and Wednesday are required Flexible Hours— shift times can be discussed based on patient needs and candidate availability Primary Responsibilities Perform wound care, including assessment, cleaning, dressing changes, and monitoring healing progress Assist with medication management, including set up of medications for client self administration Monitor and record patient vital signs and overall condition Communicate patient status and concerns to supervising RNs Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records Follow all infection control, safety, and care protocols Provide compassionate, patient-centered care Qualifications Active, unencumbered LPN license in MN New Grads are welcome to apply Current CPR/BLS certification Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a care team Reliable transportation What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Flexible part-time schedule Supportive, team-oriented work environment
