Licensed Practical Nurse Schedule:
Positions available include working every other weekend and every other holiday
$31.09 - $42.19 per hour (based on experience) •Same Day Pay Available•

Education Required:
Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program

The Difference You'll Make Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans and physician orders
Administer medications and treatments safely while monitoring residents for effectiveness and response
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation using electronic health record systems
Observe, assess, and report changes in resident condition to the Nurse Manager, providers, and family members, and assist with follow-up care as needed
Coordinate and provide guidance to Nursing Assistants / NARs to support quality resident care and team workflow
Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and state and federal regulatory standards
Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate care environment for residents, families, and team members
Demonstrate professionalism, strong clinical judgment, and excellent customer service in daily practice
Qualifications:
Education Required:
Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing with the
Minnesota Board of Nursing Experience Required:
Minimum one year of nursing experience
Preferred:
Experience in senior living, long-term care, assisted living, or memory care settings Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Working knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated clinical judgment, professionalism, and integrity
Strong commitment to compassionate, resident-centered customer service
Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including assisting with resident transfers (50+ lbs.)
