Must have an active Licensed Nursing Degree As our community continues to grow, we are looking for compassionate, hard working and team centric Nurses with a passion for senior care to join our team. The following duties are normal for this position, other duties may be required and assigned, this list is not all inclusive. Performs supervisory duties for Assisted Living and Memory Care Attendants, including instruction, assigning and reviewing work, planning, and maintaining standards Promotes staff development and motivation; provides instruction and guidance; and performs employee evaluations Oversees, monitors, and checks on health needs and care of residents including medication administration, dressing changes, specialty diets Responds and triages facility emergency calls on an on-call rotation. Notes safety hazards in resident's apartments and monitors and provides safety instruction for residents Performs health updates and schedules assessment, interviews, and charting, maintains medication records, outpatient logs and takes doctors' orders. Answers telephone and assists visitors at the facility Provides in service training of all care providers. Schedules transportation arrangements for residents to doctors, etc. Conducts work tasks safely and in compliance with the facility safety program reports to administrator as well as cooperate RN Promotes and protects the rights of each resident. Works with administrator and monitor of the AWAIR and HIPAA program. Works with administrator on admissions and makes sure the Service Plan is followed through with staff. Monitors resident's charts and clinical progress notes. Informs the physicians, administrator, and other personnel (county case managers) of changes in resident's needs. Tracks all referrals and follows up. Other duties as assigned by Executive Director and Management team
Pay:
$28.00 - $32.00 per hour
