Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with Aspire Senior Living Advance, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their overall well-being and promoting a positive quality of life. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents, including but not limited to assessing their physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing interventions to achieve optimal outcomes Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive care and services are provided to residents Monitor resident conditions and reports any changes or concerns to the Director of Nursing or other appropriate staff Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, including treatment plans, progress notes, and incident reports Provide education to residents, families, and caregivers on various aspects of care, including disease management, medication management, and other topics as needed Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Requirements:
