Services include a 20-bed memory care unit to meet the needs of individuals with dementia, including Alzheimer's disease. A typical day includes assigning care duties to nursing personnel consistent with their training and experience. The LPN is responsible for safe medication administration, conducting resident assessments, monitoring changes in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and administering treatments and procedures per physician order.
