(Joplin, MO) Blue Springs, MO Area We are recruiting a bachelor's level graduate to join us as anINDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
completing in-home Medicaid HCBS reassessments on behalf of the State of Missouri. This opportunity is to be considered a second job for those that wish to make money in their spare time, outside of their current employer. You can accept or decline as many reassessments as you wish each month. $70 per assessment completed (no hourly rate) SUMMARY The Provider Reassessor conducts in-home reassessments for Home and Community Based Services in accordance with the policies and procedures of the State of Missouri's Division of Senior and Disability Services. Qualifications, Education and/or Experience Minimum Requirements The qualified candidate must meetONLY ONE
of the following experiences and/or education requirements:- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- A Registered Nurse (RN) who is licensed and in good standing in Missouri
- A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who is licensed and in good standing in Missouri with one or more years of experience working as an LPN
- One or more years of experience as a Social Services Specialist with the Division of Senior and Disability Services (DSDS);
- Four or more years of experience with the Division of Senior and Disability Services (DSDS) or an Area Agency on Aging, OR
- Multilingual and approved through DSDS. Proof of any of the above qualifications is required to be submitted to the Area Agency on Aging, Region X at the time of application. Qualifications, Education and/or Experience listed above, plus...
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- Agency approved background check
- Successful completion of the Reassessor Certification Exam, training is provided, the exam is open book, open notes, open computer.
- Continuing education as mandated by the agency Reassessor Coordinator. Other Skills and Abilities

- Knowledge of HIPAA, state, and federal privacy laws
