Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Medical/Surgical Department in Bolivar, Missouri- someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.

The nursing team at Citizens Memorial Hospital- Medical/Surgical Unit strive to SERVE in the care we provide to patients, families and each other. Each nursing member brings their strengths to the team and works together to provide exceptional compassion and care to the community we serve. We strive to make a difference each day and promote a positive, team-driven attitude. Patients receiving orthopedic surgery are commonly cared for in our department, but we also care for patients receiving a variety of gynecological, urological, and abdominal procedures. Medical patients present with a variety of illnesses including: sepsis, UTIs, pneumonia, wound care, COPD, CHF, and so much more. The nurse-to-patient ratio is typically 1:6 with a tech to assist in assessing patients. Administering medications to manage patients' pain levels and medical needs. Working closely with our providers to generate a plan for the day to coordinate admissions and discharges as the shift progresses. Working with a great team of upbeat nursing staff and providers.Qualifications:
