Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate, individualized wound care to residents, including wound assessment, treatment, and education Develop and implement wound care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team Conduct regular wound assessments and monitor progress to ensure optimal healing Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans Wound Management Nurse (LPN/RN)
Requirements:
