Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide high-quality patient care across diverse settings, ensuring comfort, safety, and well-being for individuals of all ages. Your expertise will support clinical teams by performing essential nursing duties, assisting with medical procedures, and maintaining accurate documentation. We are seeking a nurse to perform IV therapy services to patients in our clinic and possibly at various onsite clinics. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive patient care by monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities. Perform clinical assessments and physical examinations to evaluate patient health status. Assist with medical procedures such as IV infusion and specimen collection. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, infection control policies, and long-term care regulations to uphold patient confidentiality and safety standards. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Proven experience working in diverse healthcare environments Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems including Epic, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks. Experience with IV therapy. Strong knowledge of nursing practices including medication administration, patient assessment, vital signs monitoring, and basic life support (BLS). Ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages and collaborate seamlessly within multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD coding (ICD-9/10), and documentation standards required for accurate medical records management. Join us in delivering exceptional patient-centered care! $26.50 - $37.00 per hour
