On-Call LPN - 7 On / 7 Off Jefferson City / Columbia, Missouri Region Looking for a nursing position that offers flexibility, independence, and a true work-life balance? Three Rivers Hospice is looking for a compassionate, dependable On-Call LPN to join our growing hospice team serving the Jefferson City and Columbia region . This position offers a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule , giving you the opportunity to provide meaningful care to patients and families while enjoying a consistent week away from work. Position Responsibilities Provide after-hours hospice nursing support and symptom management Respond to patient and family needs with compassion and professionalism Perform PRN visits as needed throughout the service area Provide telephone triage and clinical support Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary hospice team Communicate effectively with patients, families, facilities, and caregivers Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Respond calmly and confidently to urgent patient-care situations Qualifications Current Missouri LPN license Hospice experience preferred, but not required Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and communication skills Compassionate and professional bedside manner Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions Comfortable responding to after-hours and urgent patient needs Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We Offer 7 days on / 7 days off schedule Competitive pay Mileage reimbursement Supportive leadership Strong interdisciplinary team support Independence and autonomy in your role Meaningful work with patients and families A team that values and supports its nurses Make a Difference When It Matters Most At Three Rivers Hospice , we believe hospice care is more than a job — it's a calling .
