Charge Nurse (RN/LPN) Lawson Manor & Rehab - Lawson, Missouri Join Our Team! Lawson Manor & Rehab is a 60-bed skilled nursing facility providing compassionate short-term rehabilitation and long-term care services. Our community also includes a dedicated female memory care/dementia unit , where we are committed to delivering person-centered care that promotes dignity, comfort, and quality of life. We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team. Qualifications Current Missouri RN or LPN license in good standing Current CPR/BLS certification Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team Commitment to providing exceptional resident-centered care Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assess residents and monitor changes in condition. Monitor and accurately document vital signs, assessments, treatments, and resident responses. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies. Coordinate resident care with physicians, therapists, pharmacy, hospice, and other healthcare professionals. Supervise, delegate, and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other nursing personnel while ensuring quality resident care. Maintain accurate, timely, and complete electronic medical records. Respond appropriately to resident emergencies and changes in condition. Ensure compliance with federal and Missouri state regulations, infection prevention practices, and facility policies. Provide education and support to residents and families regarding care plans, medications, and health conditions. Participate in care conferences, quality improvement initiatives, and interdisciplinary team meetings. Promote a positive, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents, families, and staff.
