Job Description

Join Our Nursing Team:
RN / LPN
Needed! We are seeking a dedicated, highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide exceptional private duty nursing care in patient (client) homes. Join a dynamic team that prioritizes client safety, quality care, and collaboration. Make a meaningful difference in a role that values your clinical expertise and compassion.
Key Duties:
Assessments:
Conduct thorough client (patient) assessments, vitals, and history documentation.
Clinical Tasks:
Administer medications, injections, etc. Follow the patient's plan of care.
Specialized Care:
Support complex patient needs and notify the office of any changes.
Compliance:
Maintain accurate records while strictly following HIPAA rules.
Patient Education:
Coach patients and families on nutrition, medications, etc.
Requirements:
Licensure:
Active state RN or LPN license and current BLS certification.
Specialized Skills:
Familiarity with ventilator management, pain management protocols, and infection control protocols.
Bonus Assets:
