Education:
Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
Licensure:
Licensed as an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the state of practice.

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Flexible and positive attitude. Attention to detail and accuracy. Self-directed and able to perform tasks that are in scope of practice independently with minimal oversight.
Physical Requirements:
Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis. Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift. Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
