Schedule:

About the Case We are currently seeking a compassionate LPN to provide dedicated overnight care for a pediatric client in Raytown. This patient requires specialized assistance with a vent, trach, and g-tube. You will be warmly welcomed into the home of a loving, hands-on family to provide crucial overnight support.
What You Will Do Deliver Compassionate Care:
Provide high-quality, one-on-one skilled nursing care to our pediatric patient in their home.
Clinical Execution:
Safely manage vent, trach, and g-tube care, administer medications, perform treatments, and conduct ongoing clinical assessments.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation.
Collaborate & Advocate:
Communicate proactively with the patient's family and our core clinical team to ensure the highest quality of care and safety compliance.
What We Are Looking For Stamina & Reliability:
The ability to confidently and safely manage 10-hour overnight shifts (10:00 PM•8:00 AM).
Licensure:
A current, unencumbered LPN or RN license valid in the state of Missouri (or a Multi-State Compact license) and a negative TB test result (or clear chest X-ray) are required.
Certifications:
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Experience:
Previous nursing experience is required (home health, pediatric, and vent/trach/g-tube experience is a major plus!).
