RN - LPN on-call nurse

This position follows a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule , allowing for consistent time away from work while still making a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and families.

Position Responsibilities:

Respond to after-hours patient care needs and symptom management Provide compassionate end-of-life nursing care and support Perform PRN visits as needed Coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary hospice team Provide triage support to patients, families, and facilities Complete accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:

Current LPN or RN license in the state of Missouri Hospice experience preferred, but not required Strong critical thinking and communication skills Compassionate bedside manner Ability to work independently and manage urgent situations calmly Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
