Responsibilities Coordinate patient care with other departments Maintain confidentiality and uphold patient rights Utilize nursing skills to deliver quality care Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience Current LPN license in the state of practice, meeting all licensing requirements Preferred certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., or LPN-IV, depending on department needs Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical movements
