  • Freeman Nephrology and Dialysis consists of a multidisciplinary team-working together to provide compassionate care for patients with various kidney-related diseases requiring dialysis treatment.
Outpatient dialysis services are provided at Freeman Hospital East and Webb City Neighborhood Care. Freeman Health System Outpatient Dialysis in Webb City features 24 comfortable chairs, state-of-the-art equipment, innovative technology and a safe, private environment for patients. You will have the ability to develop relationships with your patients on a personal level and make a difference in their lives. Partner of Saint Luke s Health System Kidney Transplant Program.   • Under the direction of a professional RN, participates in the systematic and continual assessment of the physical, emotional, clinical, and psychosocial needs of assigned patients and families; the planning and implementation of appropriate interventions; and the evaluation of effectiveness and adjustment of a plan as indicated in a timely manner in the provision of safe and effective care.
Requirements
  • A Titer For Hepatitis B Surface Antibodies.
  • Current Missouri Practical Nurse license or current Practical Nurse license from a compact state. If a compact license is held, it must be in the nurse's state of residence.
  • AHA BLS For Healthcare Providers Within 60 Days.
  • Dialysis Skills Lab Annually By Transcript Due Date.
