Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Requirements:
- Associate degree in nursing or completion of a practical nursing program required
QUALIFICATION
(S):WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- At least three (3) years of triage experience in an adult or pediatric medical office setting required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Medical EHR software required
- Demonstration of excellent customer services skills in person and on the phone required
