Nurse management Full Job Description Job Summary Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on the Day Shift at Magnolia Senior Care! In this vital role, you will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to our senior residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care plans, monitor health status, and support residents' daily needs. Your expertise will help create a warm, respectful environment where seniors feel valued and cared for every day. Duties Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders and facility protocols Monitor residents' health status and promptly report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team Manage medical documentation using Electronic Health Record, PointClickCare while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality policies Support specialized care needs including Alzheimer's/dementia care, memory care, hospice support, and pain management Requirements Valid LPN license in good standing with current state licensure requirements Prior experience working in senior care settings such as skilled nursing facilities or assisted living communities preferred Why Work With Us?
