PRN Job Summary Provides patient care under RN/LPN direction; supports assessments, basic clinical tasks, and unit workflows. Minimum Qualifications In or completed first semester of accredited program LPN program. Preferred Qualifications CPR certification. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Collect/monitor/report information; promote engagement and continuity. Practice infection prevention; report safety risks. Participate in performance improvement; demonstrate competency. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods. Frequent bending, reaching, squatting, and kneeling. Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs independently; >50 lbs with assistance/devices. Assist with patient repositioning and transfers using proper body mechanics and equipment. Manual dexterity for clinical procedures and computer use; adequate vision, hearing, and speech. All candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of this position.
