Union Position Pay:

$30.00 - $33.00 per hour Join the Copper Ridge Team Copper Ridge Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor residents' conditions and document changes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards. Qualifications Current Montana LPN license in good standing. Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
