Supportive, team-oriented environment Flexible PRN scheduling to fit your availability Opportunity to pick up shifts across all schedules (day, evening, night) Make a direct impact in a close-knit rural community What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the RN or provider Collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary team members Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations Support a culture of dignity, respect, and resident-centered care What We're Looking For Active LPN license in the State of Montana Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team A culture champion who brings positivity and accountability to the workplace Reliable, flexible, and responsive to staffing needs Preferred Qualifications Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care Familiarity with electronic medical records Life in Libby, Montana Enjoy small-town living with big outdoor opportunities—hiking, fishing, hunting, and exploring the Cabinet Mountains right in your backyard. Requirements:
Education Graduate of accredited LPN School of Nursing. Licenses/Certification Current valid LPN license in the state employed. Valid CPR certification. Experience Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
