We're seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a growing specialty practice. If you enjoy building relationships with patients, working alongside experienced providers, and making a meaningful impact every day, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do

Room patients and obtain vital signs

Support physicians and advanced practice providers during patient visits

Triage patient messages and communicate with providers through the EHR

Administer medications and accurately document care

Educate patients and help coordinate their treatment plans

Maintain organized and accurate patient records

Serve as a patient advocate and trusted resource

Assist teammates and provide coverage when needed

What We're Looking For

Active North Carolina LPN License

Current BLS Certification

Strong documentation and computer skills

Excellent communication and patient care skills

Ability to work within the

LPN Scope of Practice Preferred Experience:
