You could start your day by reviewing the care plan for your teenage patient, a resilient 15-year-old with special medical needs who attends school. When you arrive to provide support—whether at home or accompanying them during the school day—you'll be greeted with appreciation from your patient and their family. Your duties include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, managing any specialized equipment or treatments, and providing tailored medical care to ensure safety and stability. Throughout your shift, you'll offer companionship, assist with school-related needs as appropriate, engage in age-appropriate conversations or activities, and help your patient thrive while receiving the highest quality care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications:
