LPN Full Job Description Role Overview:
Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide outpatient addiction treatment services. The role involves administering medications, monitoring patients, performing clinical assessments, and maintaining accurate medical records in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and document care Monitor patients before and after dosing Obtain vital signs and conduct assessments Assist with patient evaluations and scheduling Support regulatory compliance and maintain confidentiality Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver compassionate care
Qualifications and Skills:
Active North Carolina LPN license Minimum of 1 year of patient care experience Knowledge of medical terminology and nursing practices Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills Experience in behavioral health, addiction medicine, or outpatient nursing is preferred
