LPN RN 2nd Shift 3p-11p

At Fair Haven of Forest City our Nurses provide comprehensive care to individuals with chronic illnesses, disabilities, or other conditions requiring extended medical and personal support. We play a crucial role in patient and family education, emotional support, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals. Aspects of this role include but are not limited to:

Medication Management:

Administering prescribed medications, including injections and intravenous therapies.

Wound Care:

Providing wound care, including dressing changes and monitoring for infection.

Vital Signs Monitoring:

Regularly checking and recording vital signs like temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.

Care Plan Implementation:

Carrying out and monitoring the patient's individualized care plan. Communication with

Healthcare Team:

Collaborating with physicians, physical therapists, and other members of the care team.

Documentation:
