LPN Homecare Job Overview Competitive Weekly Pay. Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and compassion, always ensuring patient comfort and safety. Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care ensuring accurate patient records. Qualifications Current North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse License is required.
