Day Shift:

6:45 AM - 7:15 PM ✔ Weekend Premium Pay of an additional $8.00 p/hr on Saturdays & Sundays $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Available! White Oak Manor Kings Mountain is currently offering a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for qualified full-time LPNs. The bonus is paid in scheduled increments throughout the first year of employment , rewarding your commitment and dedication to our residents and team. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to the RN, physician, and interdisciplinary team. Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record. Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges. Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Promote a positive, respectful, and caring environment for residents, families, and team members.
