Duties Provide hands-on clinical instruction and mentorship to care staff, emphasizing best practices in patient care and safety. Develop and implement training programs tailored to adult learners, including new hire orientation and ongoing professional development. Evaluate clinical performance, offering constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement and adherence to healthcare standards. Ensure compliance with state healthcare regulations, HIPAA privacy rules, and hospital policies related to medical documentation and patient confidentiality. Facilitate training on activities of daily living, home care safety and disease management.
