Job Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN), where your expertise will make a meaningful difference in patient care across diverse clinical settings. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in fast-paced environments such as hospital medicine, emergency departments, trauma centers, outpatient clinics, and post-acute care facilities. You will be responsible for delivering compassionate, high-quality nursing care, performing patient assessments, administering medications and injections, and maintaining accurate medical documentation. Your skills in physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology will support effective patient care and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Whether you're providing urgent care or managing complex cases in a Level I Trauma Center or PICU, your dedication will help improve health outcomes every day. What you'll do Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs and medical history reviews, to inform treatment plans Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and perform venipuncture with precision and care Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems to document patient information accurately and efficiently Monitor patients' physiological responses and adjust care plans accordingly in inpatient, outpatient, or post-acute settings Support infection control protocols and ensure compliance with HIPAA privacy standards during all patient interactions Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in emergency medicine, trauma centers, or specialty units such as Geriatrics or PICU to deliver coordinated care Assist with medical procedures in the OR or urgent care environments while maintaining sterile techniques and safety standards Qualifications Valid licensure as an LPN or RN with current state certification Proven experience in Level II trauma centers or emergency room settings preferred Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and vital signs assessment Skilled in IV insertion, medication administration, venipuncture, and injection techniques Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for accurate documentation of medical records and patient data Experience working in hospital medicine, urgent care, outpatient clinics, or sub-acute care environments is highly desirable Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS are a plus Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to diverse populations including Geriatrics and pediatric patients Ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced settings such as emergency rooms or trauma centers Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional nursing care across multiple healthcare environments.
