Key Responsibilities:

Provide consistent nursing care to a student with health impairments during school hours (8:00 AM - 3:00 PM). Assist with medical needs including diaper changes and catheter care in a respectful and professional manner. Monitor the student's health status and communicate effectively with school staff and healthcare providers. Maintain accurate documentation of care and any health changes. Support the student's participation in school activities by ensuring their medical needs are met promptly.

Qualifications and Experience:

Current and valid LPN license required. Experience working with pediatric patients in a school or healthcare setting is preferred. Knowledge of catheter care and diaper changing is essential. Ability to work independently and demonstrate compassion and patience. Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators and family members.

Contract Details:
