Job Description

JOB RELATIONSHIPS
Responsible to the Clinical Director. Reports to RN for shift supervision. Supervises other LPN's and unlicenced personnel as delegated by the Charge
RN. DEFINITION OF POSITION
The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for direct and indirect nursing care of assigned patients under the direct supervision of a registered nurse and in the context of the Nursing Practice Act, State of North Carolina.
QUALIFICATIONS
Professional Current license to practice as an LPN in North Carolina. Current BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
