Join Our Team as a Wound Care Nurse at Trinity Oaks Health & Rehab! One of LSC's senior living communities, Trinity Oaks Health & Rehab, is seeking a full -time Wound Care Nurse to join our team.

Monday through Friday, 1st shift Base pay: $31.00 per hour Additional $2/hour if teammate opts out of benefits Benefit eligibility starts after 30 days Medical, Dental, Retirement, PTO, etc. Free medical insurance option ($0 premium) Career Advancement Opportunities Tuition Assistance/ Scholarship Opportunities As the Wound Care Nurse at Trinity Oaks Health & Rehab , you will play an important role in supporting resident care under the supervision of attending physicians and the Director of Nursing Services.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assess and monitor wounds and skin injuries, including pressure injuries, skin tears, MASD, and venous ulcers Complete weekly wound documentation and communicate updates to families as needed Round weekly with the wound physician and support ongoing treatment plans Apply dressings, monitor treatment effectiveness, and help adjust care approaches when appropriate Educate teammates on skin injury prevention, wound healing, and best practices for resident care Participate in care plan meetings, wound reviews, and quality improvement efforts What We're Looking For Current LPN license in the state of North Carolina.
