What You'll Do Provide and oversee high-quality nursing care for residents Administer medications, treatments, and assessments according to care plans Collaborate with CNAs, nurses, and leadership to ensure excellent outcomes Promote dignity, comfort, and independence for every resident Support and mentor team members to foster a positive work culture Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance Position Requirements Current RN or LPN license CPR Certification Physical Requirements Lift, push, and pull residents, equipment, and supplies (up to 50 lbs occasionally, 25 lbs regularly) Frequently bend, stoop, twist, and reach above shoulders and below the waist Remain active and on your feet for extended periods Ability to see and hear clearly to perform assessments and care tasks Growing Your Impact In this role, you will have opportunities to strengthen your clinical skills, build confidence in independent decision-making, and contribute to a supportive and efficient overnight care environment.
