As a night shift RN/LPN, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality, resident-centered care while creating a calm, supportive environment during overnight hours. This position is perfect for a compassionate, dependable nurse who enjoys working independently while still being part of a strong, collaborative team. What We're Looking For Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently Excellent communication and teamwork abilities High personal integrity, professionalism, and reliability A caring attitude and commitment to resident-centered care Why Join Our Team? Night shift offers a unique opportunity to provide focused care while building strong connections with residents and your team. What You'll Do Provide and oversee high-quality nursing care for residents Administer medications, treatments, and assessments according to care plans Collaborate with CNAs, nurses, and leadership to ensure excellent outcomes Promote dignity, comfort, and independence for every resident Support and mentor team members to foster a positive work culture Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance Position Requirements Current RN or LPN license CPR Certification Physical Requirements Lift, push, and pull residents, equipment, and supplies (up to 50 lbs occasionally, 25 lbs regularly) Frequently bend, stoop, twist, and reach above shoulders and below the waist Remain active and on your feet for extended periods Ability to see and hear clearly to perform assessments and care tasks Growing Your Impact In this role, you will have opportunities to strengthen your clinical skills, build confidence in independent decision-making, and contribute to a supportive and efficient overnight care environment.
